When can i expect my order? 

International Buyers

Free shipping – 10 to 20  BUSINESS DAYS

Upgraded Shipping (EMS) – 7 BUSINESS DAYS

These are counted from the date the item was shipped.  We ship from Mondays through Fridays, cut off is 2pm each day, Philippine Time.  BUSINESS DAYS do not count weekends and holidays.  We can give approximates only because there are times that the parcel arrives earlier or later, depending on the work load of the shipping service and/or customs.  Delays happen from time to time, especially during SUPER PEAK season like Philippine and Worldwide Holidays, but you can always track your item or message us to let us know if your item takes longer than 20 BUSINESS DAYS.

How much is the shipping cost to my country ( outside the Philippines )? 

We offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING WORLDWIDE! We also offer an option to upgrade shipping to Expedited Mail Service (EMS) at an additional cost. EMS is available on certain countries only.


Why is your Expedited Mail Service (EMS) cost expensive?

EMS is really expensive. What you can do to lessen the shipping cost is availa of our free economy shipping. Item may take longer but it’s more value for your money.


How will i know if you will send my order? 

We value the trust and confidence of our clients worldwide. Beauty Magnet Trading has been a registered business entity since 2007.  We operate with two virtues in mind, HONESTY and INTEGRITY. We are also equipped with Business Permits and receipts and we operate at a formal office in Makati City, Philippines. Our goal is to ship the order as soon as we receive them. If you are still in doubt, you may ask someone to visit our office personally.


Why is that no one is answering my call? 

Our office hours is from 9am to 6pm Philippine time, Monday to Friday only. Use our website�s online inquiry section and we will try to reply as soon as we can. 



Until now i don't have my order / package yet?

Please track the package and inform us. Sometimes we can't avoid delays due to some reasons but rest assured we will do our best to track your order and give you a feedback as soon as possible. Refer to our International shipping policy for more information.
